Day 2 WALT: I am learning to add three or more numbers by first making up pairs that add up to 10.

1. 6 + 2 + 4 =12                  6 + 4 = 10 + 2= 12
2. 8 + 5 + 2 =15                  8+2 =10 + 5 =15
3. 8 + 1 + 9 + 2 =20            8+2=10 9+1=10 10 + 10 = 20
4. 1 + 5 + 5 + 9 =20            5 + 5 = 10   9 + 1 = 10    10 + 1- = 20
5. 4 + 6 + 4 + 9 + 6 =29     6 + 4 = 10 + 4 = 14       9 + 6 = 15     10 + 10 = 20 + 5 = 25 + 4 = 29  

Today for Maths My group had to solve out these problems. What we had to do was we had to add three or more numbers by first making up pairs that add up to 10.
