L.I I am learning to subtract by splitting numbers into pairs instead of counting down.

- 33 - 6 = 27
30 + 3
30 - 6 = 24
24 + 3 = 27
- 46 - 7 = 39
40 + 6
40 - 7 = 33
33 + 6 = 39
- 43 - 7 = 36
40 + 3
40 - 7 = 33
33 + 3 = 36
- 32 - 8 = 24
30 + 2
30 - 8 = 22
22 + 2 = 24
- 37 - 4 = 33
30 + 7
30 - 4 = 26
26 + 7 = 33
Today for maths my group had to answer these problems. We didn't just answer it we solved as well to show our proof how we got the answer.
