Writing|Using Punctuation to Create a Conversation

For writing this week we were to go on a text creator called Fake iPhone text Message to write a fake conversation between two peoples. First we were to write the message in the Fake iPhone text message. We weren't allowed to use any T.V show names so I decided to use Don and James. After that we were to write the message in a story format that included punctuation such as speech marks. This meant that we were to write every thing that a new person said on a new line.

  1. Hello Ofa,
What a fun conversation you have written. It's quite a relatable topic you have chosen. Tell me, did you have any problems creating this conversation? Also, did you find this activity fun? I know I did. After reading your post multiple times, I still cannot find anything wrong or out of place. Meaning that you have done amazing.
    Keep up the outstanding work!

  2. Hi Ofa, I really enjoyed reading your DLO. It was easy to read and I really liked how you outlined the difference between informal pieces of writing and formal piece of writing. Maybe next time you can use different words beside 'said' repeatedly.

  3. Hi Ofa, I really like the way that you have explained what you have done today and the Fake iphone text message you have explained about how to use it and what it is about. Great effort.

  4. Hi Ofa.
What an amazing conversation you've created. I like the fact that you gave your characters unfamiliar name like Don. Was it hard making this conversation? It was pretty easy for me. However thinking of names for my characters were the hard bit. Next time try to make your font colour white because white and blue go together.
Anyway, Keep the great work up.

    Yours Sincerely
    Sanujan

  5. Hi Ofa,
I really like your punctuation blog post. I have done something similar to this DLO but I've used the text messaging about movies. I think you need to stop using the sentance " We were to " alot. Was it fun doing this activity?. Good job
