Summer Learning Journey - Week 2 - Day 3 - Activity 1

 Today for the Summer Learning Journey I have completed one of the Summer Learning Journey activities. For this activity I had to tell what I do when I want to relax or when I am de-stress.

When I want to relax I go to my friends house and play master (basketball game) or play rugby. Playing with my friends makes me feel better. If my friends are out for the day I would usually watch T.V.

    Good work! Going and playing some basketball or rugby with your friends sounds like it would be a great way to unwind and relax. Watching TV is also a good thing to do. What show would you watch?

    When I'm stressed I like to play the piano really loudly. There's a sad song I like to play by Beethoven which annoys everyone else because it's too loud but it always makes me feel better.

    Good job on completing this summer learning journey activity. My favorite thing to do if I'm stressed is read a book but I also like to go on my computer or play a sport. Keep up the amazing work Ofa!
